Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from CloutCraft Inc.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as worn apparel, socks and underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
