CloutCraft Inc is based in Irvine, California. We authenticate and grade pre-owned designer handbags and watches, then clean, recolor and service them for owners across the United States, by mail.

Grade first, restore second

Many shops quote restoration before anyone has written down what the item is and what state it is in. We do it the other way round, so you can decide whether work adds value or only adds cost.

    Every authentication is checked by a second specialist before the report is issued.

    Arrival, bench and dispatch photos are filed with your order and shared with you.

    Originality protected

    No polishing of vintage watches without written consent. Replaced parts go back to the owner.

A record of what you own and its condition, plus servicing that keeps original parts and finishes intact.

A numbered grading report and fair market valuation to list with, and pre-sale cleaning that can move a bag up a grade.
Buyers on resale platforms
A fast photo opinion after purchase. If the item is not authentic, a written statement to support your return or dispute.

What a report contains

Each in-hand report lists the item, the checks performed, the grade and every flaw that set it, with photos. The report number can be confirmed by email at any time.
