Handbag Care & Restoration

Restoration starts from the grade, so we only quote work the bag needs. Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks after arrival. Workmanship is covered for 90 days.

Deep clean & condition

pH-balanced cleaner for leather, canvas wipe-down, conditioner matched to the leather type. Removes surface grime and light transfer.

Corner & handle color restoration

Corners and handles are prepped, then recolored with pigment mixed to your bag's original shade and sealed.

Edge re-glazing

from $95

Cracked or peeling edge paint is removed, sanded and rebuilt in layers. Priced per strap or handle set.

Hardware polish

from $60

Light polish of zippers, clasps and feet to reduce scratches. Plated hardware is treated gently to avoid wearing through.

Interior lining clean

Spot treatment of pen marks, makeup and stains on fabric, microfiber or leather linings.

Odor treatment

Enclosed deodorizing treatment for smoke, perfume and storage odors.

Not accepted for restoration: items we find counterfeit, and exotic skins such as crocodile or alligator (authentication only). Torn handles, exposed piping and full panel replacement are quoted case by case.

Watch Care & Servicing

Movement service and case refinishing are priced separately. Vintage cases, dials, hands and lume stay original unless you ask otherwise in writing, and every replaced part is returned to you.

Turnaround is 3 to 5 weeks, longer when parts must be sourced. Movement services carry a 12-month warranty.

Mechanical movement service
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, regulation and worn-part replacement. Parts quoted separately.
